ABOUT
My passion for marketing first ignited in 2008 when the restaurant I worked at needed help attracting customers during the recession. With no budget, I launched Facebook and Twitter pages and posted engaging photos and videos. This grassroots effort led to a resounding increase in profit – and 11 years of marketing experience in the restaurant industry.
In college, I honed my skills across digital marketing, social media, graphic design, and campaign strategy. I collaborated with classmates on marketing plans for organizations such as The Cleveland Metroparks, to create a comprehensive 106-page plan featuring focus groups, industry analysis, positioning, and success metrics.
I have spent the last three years working in marketing for Western Reserve Harley-Davidson and Honda, located about 20 minutes from Cleveland. Specialties include, Mailchimp email blasts, social media campaigns, and in person events. Utilization of platforms in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps suite is key.
The marketing department also executes twelve to fifteen in person events annually. I book and schedule live music, provide assistance ordering and cooking food, cross-marketing, and boosting engagement through fun activities on our social channels.
With a proven track record of increasing brand awareness and driving growth through innovative marketing strategies, I am ready to utilize my experience and education to deliver tangible results.
